Our piadina is an all natural product with no preservatives. We make it fresh in Italy and ship to the US. Due to shipment condition, in this batch some of our goods may have suffered thermal stress and therefore you may find some mold on the product surface. If this is your case, please send us an email at info@frescopiadausa.com with pictures proving the inconvenience and we will refund 100% your order

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Buyers pays return shipping.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
